With beautiful graphics, complete information and intuitive navigation, this site appeals to both the real estate professional and the stock market analyst interested in Burnham Pacifics portfolio and investment strategy. 2. New and Notable... Sylvan Lawrence, which offers full commercial services in New York City, features listings online. Stout & Teague, a Washington, D.C. developer, just put up an attractive site. The Smith Guide, a listing service for Orange County, offers thousands of industrial listings. American City Business Journals site went online Monday the 17th with a links to business journals in 28 local markets. Commercial and Investment Properties offers the only listing service covering Italy and will soon be in English. *Find these sites by clicking the Text Search button and entering a complete or partial word.* 3. Whoops... GE Capitals CRENET, "The Tool for Todays Real Estate Professional," did not go online on June 19 as announced. Its now promised for July 1. However, there is a demonstration online, and it looks terrific. Find it at PikeNet as CRENET using Text Search. 4. Site Announcements... Teleres sports a sharp new graphical look with excellent REIT stock information, daily news and the promise of research online. Office Space Online now covers Denver, its second market after Seattle. 5. PikeNet Changes... Over the next month we will be making substantial changes to improve the usability and graphical look of PikeNet. You will have a choice of reading our Review or going directly to a site from a "hit" list. New categories will be added, e.g., Asset Managers, Maps and Exchange Related.
