2. New and Notable... Sylvan Lawrence, which offers full commercial services in New York City, features listings online. Stout & Teague, a Washington, D.C. developer, just put up an attractive site. The Smith Guide, a listing service for Orange County, offers thousands of industrial listings. American City Business Journals’ site went online Monday the 17th with a links to business journals in 28 local markets. Commercial and Investment Properties offers the only listing service covering Italy and will soon be in English. *Find these sites by clicking the Text Search button and entering a complete or partial word.*

3. Whoops... GE Capital’s CRENET, "The Tool for Today’s Real Estate Professional," did not go online on June 19 as announced. It’s now promised for July 1. However, there is a demonstration online, and it looks terrific. Find it at PikeNet as CRENET using Text Search.

4. Site Announcements... Teleres sports a sharp new graphical look with excellent REIT stock information, daily news and the promise of research online. Office Space Online now covers Denver, its second market after Seattle.
