1. Headline... "Virtually Ohio—the Heartland’s Superhighway" Honored for several years by Site Selection magazine as the best state for a plant relocation, Ohio has strengthened its business attraction campaign by creating an excellent web site.

2. New and Notable... As promised in Dispatch No. 20, I’ve added the Price REIT which specializes in power centers anchored by national warehouse and retail tenants. Olympia Partners, Ltd. provides commercial real estate services in Indianapolis. The Century/InterCounty Title Agency is the largest agent in New Jersey for Chicago Title. *Find these sites by clicking the Text Search button and entering a complete or partial word.* I have many more suggested sites to add this week.

3. PikeNet Changes... As mentioned previously, PikeNet is undergoing some major changes in design. These will take another couple of weeks to complete. You’ll note on the home page that you can now search for text directly without having to click the Text Search button (which will be deleted shortly). You can use this as a shortcut to look up categories, for example, that include a unique world, like "REIT." The hit list still requires that you see the review, but soon this will be changed so you can rapidly visit a number of sites directly (or read the review, your choice).

4. Back Home... The Spanish phone system finally did me in after two weeks of battle. Somehow my mailing database got corrupted (probably a current surge) so only a handful got a copy of my last Dispatch describing how the ETA, a Basque separatist group, exploded a bomb in the morning at a hotel that we checked into that same afternoon. Lots of warning, no damage, no injuries. Good to be back home. This Dispatch is posted at my site under Announcements on the home page, then Dispatches (No. 20).

5. Subscribing and Canceling... If you do not want to receive this Dispatch, please reply with "cancel" in the Message field to remove your name. If you know a person who would like to be added to this list, please send me an e-mail with the word "subscribe." Please include your name and company.
