1. Fincial Research at Quicken.com... Quicken.com is one of my favorite sites for financial research. Now Quicken.com has just added a new feature, the Evaluator, for producing a chart of Historical Revenue, Net Income and Cash Flow. For illustrative purposes, I looked up Grubb & Ellis -- GBE. (Oops, G&E's revenue line looks like a rope that's not pulled very tight.) ... 2. Hotel Comps... Working on a hotel project? Need market data? Check out LodgingResearch.com. You can download the latest quarterly market comparables in 110 MSAs. The data is provided by Lodging Econometrics and includes Hotel Name, Number of Rooms, Segment, Location, Planning, Stage, Proposed Starting Date/ Opening Date, Developer Information and Development Description.
