This is a service providing access to SEC documents... David Fries with AMB writes: "A great source of financial information is FreeEDGAR.com, which repackages EDGAR filings without the typical 24-hour delay on the SEC's web site. FreeEDGAR also enables users to create a Watchlist of companies, where the user is automatically notified via e-mail when a new filing occurs." ...
